They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
What are your packs filled with?
Our packs are filled with natural Sorghum grain.
Sorghum grain is:
• A naturally gluten-free grain
• Widely grown in Australia
• Known as a drought-resistant crop
• Lightweight and fine-textured
It allows warmth and cooling to distribute evenly while staying flexible.
Where are your products made?
All Gentle Sense Co products are handmade in Queensland, Australia in small batches.
Are your products pet-safe?
Our products are made using non-toxic materials and natural grain fillers.
While designed with pet-friendly materials in mind, comfort packs should always be kept out of reach of pets and used under supervision to prevent chewing or ingestion.
How do I heat my comfort pack?
Your comfort pack can be heated with the cover on.
Place it into a clean microwave and heat in 30-second intervals until your desired safe warmth is reached.
Always test the temperature before placing on the body.
Do not overheat.
Can I cool my comfort pack?
Yes.
Place the comfort pack (with cover on) inside a sealed bag and store it in the freezer for 1–2 hours before use.
How long does the warmth or cooling last?
Warmth or cooling is strongest for around 15–20 minutes, then gradually reduces over time.
This can vary depending on environment, microwave power, freezer temperature, and personal preference.
How long do the packs last?
With normal use and proper care, Gentle Sense Co comfort packs are designed to be long-lasting.
Following heating and care instructions will help extend product life.
Can I wash my comfort pack?
Removable cover:
Hand wash in cold water and air dry.
Insert pack:
Do not wash.
Keep dry at all times.
Do the packs have a scent?
No added fragrances or essential oils are used.
We choose not to use essential oils because some can be toxic to cats and pets, and we want our products to remain pet-friendly.
You may notice a light natural grain scent, especially when first heated.
Are they suitable for sensitive individuals?
