Due to varying international border security and biosecurity requirements between countries, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Incorrect Address Details

Gentle Sense Co is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, additional postage fees may apply to resend.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery sits with the postal service.
